I made this Neurodivergent toolkit because I needed it, and I couldn’t find it.

As a mum navigating my own neurodivergence alongside my children’s, I was searching for something that didn’t just explain the hard parts, something that actually gave us tools to use, together, every day.

This is 124 pages built from lived experience, not a textbook. Inside you’ll find games for colours, numbers, and emotions, questions to help you get to know your child’s own supports and needs, and honest recommendations for food, regulation, and connection, the things that have actually helped in our house.

It’s made with ages 2-6 in mind, but every child is different, so don’t let that stop you if yours is a little older or younger. If it feels right for your family, it’s right for your family.

Some pages are fully print-and-go. Others, like the getting-to-know-me pages, are editable, so you can fill them in again and again as your child grows and changes.

A Note from Felicity- Everything in this resource comes from my own lived experience, over 200+ hours of it. I have used AI tools along the way to help rewrite some of my words to be clearer, but the ideas, the strategies and the heart of it are all mine.

This is for you if...
