What is The Positivity Movement?
The Positivity Movement is a neuroaffirming community built from lived experience, supporting neurodivergent adults, families, and mums navigating ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, OCD, and more, diagnosed or not. We offer courses, resources, mentoring, and group support to help you understand your brain, build strategies that actually work for you, and reconnect with who you are, walking beside you every step of the way.
Who is your support for?
The Positivity Movement is a neuroaffirming space for neurodivergent adults, parents, and young people, anyone with ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, or OCD etc diagnosed or not. Everything here is practical, inclusive, and built from lived experience, helping you navigate parenting, organisation, and everyday life with more ease and understanding.
What kind of services do you offer?
✦ E-books & Guides: Lived-experience tools and strategies for navigating ADHD, burnout, mental load, and everyday neurodivergent life.
✦ Courses: Self-paced, neuroaffirming courses like Thriving with ADHD and Unmasking Motherhood, practical tools built from lived experience, not just theory.
✦ Group Mentoring & Community: Walk & Talk sessions, community meet-ups, and group mentoring, real connection with people who actually understand.
✦ 1:1 Mentoring: Neuroaffirming, strengths-based mentoring guided by the P.O.S.I.T.I.V.I.T.Y. Method™, walking beside you, not in front of you.

No. Our resources are intended for informational and reflective purposes only. They are not a replacement for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Are your services neurodivergent-friendly?
Yes. All of our resources and programs are designed to be inclusive and neurodivergent-friendly. Neurodivergence looks different for everyone, so we create flexible, practical support that can be adapted to fit you. Everyone is welcome here, and we aim to make everything easy to access and supportive across a wide range of experiences. Take what feels right for you and leave what doesn’t, your journey is your own, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.
