✨ Finding better ways for Self-care & Support

I made this because both of my sons had sleep difficulties, allergies, and colic, and my own first birth came with a prolapse, an infection, and oversupply issues leading to mastitis, all during COVID, with minimal support. It took a toll on my mental health and nervous system, and I wished I’d had something that actually understood what that season felt like.

This guide is that thing. It’s not a clinical manual, it’s a gentle, lived-experience guide across 4 modules covering your baby’s health, colic and reflux, your village and your own physical and mental changes, your relationships and routines, and even a full collection of recipes that have actually worked in our house, from purees to family meals.

You are not failing. You are adapting, and you deserve support that works for your brain.

A Note from Felicity- All of the resources I create come from my own lived experience. To be clear I have used AI tools along the way to help me get my words down clearer, but the ideas, the strategies and the heart of it are all mine.

This is for you if...

You're a new mum who is neurodivergent, diagnosed or not.
Your baby has extra challenges, colic, reflux, allergies, or sleep difficulties.
You feel isolated because your experience doesn't match what other mums describe.
You want practical lived experience routines and planners, not just encouragement.
You want real recipes that work for a busy, sensory-aware household.
You want to feel seen in the hard parts, not just told to "enjoy every moment."
