We often hear about neurodivergent traits framed only as challenges. My Neuroaffirming Wheel flips that lens, without pretending the hard parts aren’t real.

This printable wheel toolkit walks you through 12 common neurodivergent experiences, sensory sensitivity, masking, burnout, rejection sensitivity, and more, and shows you the genuine strength that can live inside each one. Not toxic positivity, not “just think positive.” Real acknowledgement that you can find something strong in yourself even on the days a trait feels like a struggle.

Created from lived experience as a neurodivergent adult and parent, this wheel toolkit was made to be the tool I wish I’d had, something visual, something honest, and something you can share with the people who support you, family, friends, or your own support team, to help them understand you a little better too.

Print it, colour it in with crayons, markers, or paint, or laminate it and use whiteboard markers so you can update it again and again. However you use it, it’s yours.

This wheel toolkit is designed to support and educate, not to replace professional medical or mental health advice. If you’re finding things overwhelming, please reach out to a qualified professional.
