At The Positivity Movement, we want you to feel confident and informed when purchasing our resources, courses, mentoring services, and programs.
Please read this Refund Policy before making a purchase.
This Refund Policy applies to digital products, online courses, mentoring services, group programs, workshops, and other services provided by The Positivity Movement.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, including:

PDF resources
Worksheets
Guides
Templates
Downloadable resources
Digital toolkits
Refunds are generally not available once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or accessed.
This is because digital products cannot be returned once access has been provided.
Before purchasing, please review product descriptions, inclusions, and available information to ensure the product meets your needs.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a digital product, please contact The Positivity Movement and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Online Courses
Before purchasing an online course, please review the course information, inclusions, format, and expectations.
Because online courses provide access to digital content, refunds are generally not available once course access has been provided.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course materials, please contact us so we can assist.
Once course access has been provided, access to course materials remains subject to the terms outlined at the time of purchase, including any stated access periods.
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, payment obligations and schedules will be clearly communicated before purchase.
By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
Failure to complete payments may result in restricted access to products, courses, or services.
Mentoring Services
Mentoring appointments are reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice may be moved to another available appointment time where possible.
Cancellations made with 24–48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend without notice, may result in the full session fee being charged.
We understand unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptional situations may be considered at the discretion of The Positivity Movement.
If The Positivity Movement needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will work with you to arrange another suitable time or, where appropriate, provide a refund.
Group Programs, Workshops & Community Sessions
Spaces for group programs, workshops, and community sessions are reserved specifically for participants.
Cancellation and refund terms for these services will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Where live sessions are included, access to recordings, resources, or alternative materials may be provided where available.
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and the specific terms provided at the time of purchase.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur.

Requests will be reviewed individually and considered fairly.
